Disclaimer:

By ordering and/or installing a Lean Racing product, you, the consumer, are agreeing to the following conditions:

1. No warranty is offered or implied for the durability/longevity/effect of any Lean Racing product on any portion on or off of the consumer’s vehicle. This includes but is not limited to:
    a. Loss of vehicle control
    b. Transmission damage or failures
    c. Engine damage or failures
    d. Warranty or service contract claims

2. While our products undergo considerable testing, all liability and any possible issues arising are implied to be at the consumer’s expense.

3. You will indemnify the webmaster, product designer, fabricator and its associated personnel  related with the development, production and/or sale of this product against any lawsuits and claims, which might be arising or brought up against them by yourself or any third party as a result of your actions, or the actions of others, while handling, installing or operating any Lean Racing product.

4. Products lost or damaged in shipping are the responsibility of the buyer; however, we want you to be completely satisfied and offer shipping insurance if ordered.

5. There is no expressed or implied  warranty for any items advertised and/or sold. All products are sold are "as is."  Any rectification is under the full discretion of Lean Racing and handled on a one-time policy basis only and do not imply a future warranty.

6. Cores must be returned within two weeks of receiving Lean Racing product and must be undamaged and unmodified.  Failure to return within two weeks may forfeit core refund.  A damaged or modified core will result in a deduction in core refund to return unit to recondition unit.  Insurance is recommended.

7. All Lean Racing products are for off-road use only.

8. Actual product may vary slightly from pictures.  Color tones could differ slightly or included hardware might be revised, for example.

9. The terms of sale are binding and will be enforced by the appropriate authority.  Lean Racing reserves the right to refuse business to anyone and correct terms of sale  in the event of typo's or errors.  

10. Lean Racing insists you stay safe and condemns all forms of illegal racing!   

11. All prices are in US Dollars.
